Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are picked, packed and shipped by us from our unit in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, UK.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. However, not all countries are selectable during checkout. This is because shipping varies drastically depending on not just country, but cities, too. If you do not see your country on the list, please get in touch with a list of items you'd like to order and your full address and we'd be more than happy to provide you with a shipping quote.
How much does shipping cost?
This varies based on the size and weight of your parcel, as well as your location. Please see our Shipping page for more details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping in the United Kingdom is free on orders over £40.
Unfortunately due to ever-increasing shipping rates, we no longer offer free shipping out of the United Kingdom. If you plan on placing a large order of £500 or more, please reach out and we'll see what we can do.
How do I track my order?
All orders being shipped to the United Kingdom can be tracked. You will receive your tracking number via email alongwith your 'order shipped' notification.
For overseas tracking, you must select a tracked shipped service at checkout, such as Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or FedEx International. You will receive your tracking number with your 'order shipped' notification.
Do you customise notebooks?
Yes! We have produced custom notebooks for companies like Dribbble, Creative Market and UENO, as well as individual customers.

What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority. If for whatever reason you would like to return all or part of your order, you can do so by initiating a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
